Grab hold and pull down towards floor.

Remove your door trims, there's two screws at either end that need to be undone (clips commonly break). Then there's two clips along the length of the strip that simply pull off, just be careful not to bend the window mould when you do it by pulling up right on the clips.

Thanks Dan exactly what I'm after !! Big job to remove trims to get these off I want to try restore them they are faded and scratchy

Yeah sorry I thought you meant rubber strip that goes around door frame.
