FOUND: Pre F/L McIntosh Unit.

I managed to fix the unit today. Turns out I forgot to wire in a branch on the PCB, the issue was more apparent at 1pm vs 1am last night!



After frying the internals of my McIntosh unit because I was an idiot, I'm after a replacement.

As mentioned in the topic, the CD player section can be broken as mine still works fine.

Located in Eltham, Victoria 3095. Best contact is via PM.

I have a pre-FL unit already separated from the cd player sitting on my home office desk. I replaced it with a FL model. Its not 100% perfect but It keeps the 'powers that be' quiet for now.
I was thinking of sending it to be repaired/exchanged (about $450) but everytime I get some $$, other needs happen.
The fascia is spotless and it is still connected to the a/c control module. I could separate it all or put it all back together.
I was hoping to get some petrol money for it though. If you're interested, PM me with an offer.
I will PM you as well to make sure you get this.

Sorry to take so long to answer.

I would prefer to keep the fascia with the rest of the unit. Might be more saleable later on. Sorry about that.
