Nice one seanmou5.. very particular tastes. I'm not sure about colour matched calipers though :-)

I hear you too joshy. Some colours make mag wheel choice so much easier. White cars with dark wheels look good, black cars look good with all colour wheels.

I think I'm leaning towards the grey now... doesn't hurt that there seems to be more of them available. If only I lived in WA.

$900 isnt that much is it for getting it sent to NSW? It has 46kms so it seems like a pretty good deal right?

Edit: Was thinking, it might be risky if you dont see it first, Options:

1. Fly to WA, inspect car, if happy drive it back to NSW (40 hours, a good 3 day trip) ($$$ in petrol)
2. Fly to WA, inspect car, if happy, fly back and get car sent back - $900
3. Hope its good, get car sent to NSW - $900 - What if its a lemon

I would go option 2, if you have time to fly there, and $300 for flights, thats about $1200, however, with it being in WA dont forget the stuff like Roadworthy cert (pinkslip in NSW??), Transfering the owner, rego, and all that jazz.

Now there are a few reasons for and against, if you can wait, I would suggest waiting for something to pop up in NSW, HOWEVER it might not have Ks that low :?

As for gold, not my taste either, nor is light grey, dark or gunmetal grey = huge fan. Dark Grey STi, Gunmetal Enkei's, and Red Brembos *drool*

Pretty good condition. Just a few minor issues with the exhaust brackets and a couple of other things, other than that all good. The STI badges are still on it, but I'll be taking them off when I get a chance, and maybe the front lip and going back to a standard front grill.

I'll maybe stick around for a bit, depends on how much time I get. I've just come back to Subaru (I used to have an MY98 WRX from new) after owning a Focus XR5 where I was on the forums a bit but then work got too busy and I couldn't participate much.

If you take off the lip, pop it in the for sale section, people will probably be looking for one :) same goes for the grill, not a fan of the one on it, they have some nicer other ones, however if you want stock then I am sure you will easily find a member who will swap their stock and cash for the mesh one.

Interesting to see youve gone from the XR5 to the liberty. You didnt like the focus?

Im with Joshy, im not a huge fan of the STI grill but many others are so if you want to go back to standard put it on the forum and it will get snapped up very quickly!

Congrats on finding yourself a nice liberty.. i hope one comes up for me soon!

Were you able to talk the guy down much? Im still not sure how much to offer people below the asking price without completely offending them.

The price for it was the top redbook value, so maybe you could show them its worth between X and X, and then emphasise on downsides to try bring the cost down

No good if you buy any flat pack furniture though... it's amazing how many pieces of furniture I've bought while owning the wagon hahaha

Chuck some roof racks on it and bobs yer uncle :P

Haha nah wags are pretty good, wouldn't mind one for going up the coast, put a matress in the back, I got a few marks on the back of my boot trying to cram in a barbecue, also couldn't fit my TV in the boot, or in the back seats due to the doors not opening enough, etc.

Plus you cant get these on a sedan

You can get lights like that for wagons too.. I just finished reading someone's mods on here today and they had those lights on a wagon. Have you got them already or just want them?
