I didn't believe it either dazz as mine did 12.75 on about 250awkw in a liberty with a bigger turbo

I would love to see time slips and proof the car exists

Say I saw 1 red cell in the main table when giving it some, might that go black by the next day if taking it easy?
Cos I did and will grab an LV later to confirm...

Just realized I didn't answer your question Benny with all my Internet smarts and all....

One cell of flkc if under 2.00 is not a major concern. Could be eliminated of course and its very easy to do, but I wouldn't be all alarm bells and getting Jerry springer on Matt over it

If your af corrections are out by more than 5% negative (red) then it needs attention

Maf corrections constantly change depending on ambient air temp, intake air temp, fuel quality etc etc

It may well go to black / blue the next day but may not.

Your flkc most likely will not though as these are stored values thus LV is powerful determinant for knock history

There is a possibility though of flkc tables changing downward if WOT driving is then followed by a few days of sedate light throttle driving

Best to take an LV immediately after a WOT pull

Many thanks Bruce! Once again

This learning view is after fixing a boost/vacuum leak as I was only getting 18-19 psi when it should be at 23

Anyone know where the rpm ranges are set as GBs are possibly on the ridiculous side or more suited to a motorbike. :)

I could go google but thought I'd ask here.

It would be good to narrow down that minor FLKC.

So on the verge of requiring some attention?

A couple of things ive just picked up on

The airflow ranges in AF correction are set too low - especially for GB's big power \ grams per second car

the table needs to reflect at least up to 80 g/s range

also - the flkc range is too broad in the higher spectrum - you need to modify these to suit the engine setup so you can actually monitor whats going on here

example - the second last colum reads a range of 2 to 5 g/s - thats a massive range to be tracking and wont give you any meaningful data

same as the 5 + range (most likely wont see 5g/second)

the way to change it is in the Fueling -AF Learning # 1 airflow ranges and Ignition timing - Knock Control - Fine Correction Columns (Load) tables

Change these in ecu editor to suit

benny your learning view is ok - knock is minor at low load but this can be removed with some fine tuning. it could "potentially" be dangerous if this knock was happening at peak torque (need to check your logs for this and this is where a dyno comes in handy)

See how your load ranges are more reflective of true load that your motor sees on a daily basis

this is maybe why some people are having a spit at matt's tunes after looking at LV because they can see it broken down whereas a broader range like GB's will not show the finer load ranges and thus may mask some flkc
