Yeah those raptor heaters! Whoahh they heat good!
But either H6 will be an easy upgrade. I just suggested the gen3 one cause loom would be easy if he got a halfcut. Both good options though

it should all bolt up fairly easy. not sure about clearance on the firewall but i doubt there would be an issue. ecu should come with the motor if you got a half cut.

Lets talk some sense......

If you want/need/have to change engines, get yours rebuilt or replaced with the same.

Going anything other than standard will be $$$$ to make it work and the money would be better spent on a car that already has said engine.

I know what you mean Mark but to sell my car and get something else would be useless cause I wouldn't get anything for my car so that's why I am going down the engine transplant route :) And my overall cost limit is 5k so I have a budget

I have done some research and I am not going down the 3.0L way due to custom parts having to be created aka it will drive costs up to much and time to make it al work :(

But I might get this :D http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SUBARU-LIBERTY-B4-2-0L-Twin-turbo-CONVERSION-suits-impreza-wrx-ej20-/251215596937#ht_1999wt_219

What do you guys thinks and what else would I need to do the conversion?

Hi Mitch, the cornering speed is alot better with coilovers and so is the ride height and body roll but in turn I drive like a mad man avoiding pot holes because the ride is quite hard! In short I would get them but you have to get use to the ride :D
