Haha I can't remember which one I was looking at... has been a few! But I think I know the one now come to think of it... I think that particular one didn't post internationally... was only local. Ahh this one will do till it falls off... :?
Below car has been gone for quite some time now... blew bottom end bearing and dealership screwed me! Now driving 2008 WRX with ~65k kms on the clock. Only has cat back exhaust and tune by KiDo at the moment! More to come... but slowly!

Purchased recently (12/11/2013), already with: Stage 2 Pedders lowered springs, rear Whiteline sway bar, Advan Racing TCII 18x8 wheels, k&N pod filter, custom 3" exhaust system from turbo back with Magnaflow mufflers. ECUTEK tune of some sort (hopefully soon to be fixed)..... now FIXED!! Now KiDo Tuned!
Added: HID kit, EZ lip equivalents to the front and sides, and various LED treatments, oem boot spoiler, [LGT WRC] plates, GFB Respons BOV for extra Pssscchhh! --> Gone... I couldn't afford it's heart transplant... but keep a look out, as it will come back on sale soon!

My car grew another 10,000 kms older today! Still going great!

Other than this little celebration, haven't really done anything else to the car... Replaced my number plate globes to LEDs and my highs beams to Philips Diamond vision 5000Ks from eBay. Paid around $65 incl. shipping, where places like AutoPro sell the same thing for $120!! Made sure that these ones I got were genuine Philips from Germany as there are many knock offs! On another note, on the hunt for new wheels though, and seeing that my tyres are currently still in good form... thinking of either choosing Subaru Forester or Outback rims, or find some cool looking silver or grey 17s. Guttered I missed a set of good condition Forester XT 2008 wheels for $450 for 4 on Gumtree... I procrastinated... sigh

Ah well... no rush anyway... more time for me to replenish the bank balance..

Nothing too special actually... just the left over water I use after cleaning the car... hahaha! Shame... I know... :)

So my car has gone through a little bit of a cosmetic change yesterday... maybe 1 good, and 1 bad... or 2 bad depending on what you guys reckon.

Just to update my front end a little bit, I swapped my front bar with one from a 3.0R courtesy of a forum member (thanks Alkem1st), worked out very well because he wanted a normal Liberty/GT Bumper for his car, so it was an easy swap. Off with the old and on with the new in less than half hour... I was very surprised! Also managed to buy a post facelift grille on eBay, so waiting for that so it will fit properly to my new front end!

BUT.... on the way home after visiting my parents... I was travelling back home to Claremont, along Stirling Highway approaching the intersection of Broadway/Hampden Road, I was stationary and waiting for the lights to change to green and bam... I get rear ended by a gold Ford Territory... the driver got distracted talking to his 9 year old daughter and didn't see that cars were stopped. Sigh... this is the second time I have had to put my car into the panel beaters within 3 months for my car being rammed up the arse..

All drivers (and passenger) were fine... I'm just annoyed that I am car-less again for at least a week when I lodge it for insurance again... not to also mention my premiums is going to skyrocket now... big SIGH!! :( :( :(

huh?
If you're not at fault, and you can name the at-fault driver, it shouldn't have any effect on your premium or rating!

Ohh really?! I hope you're right Ric! But don't insurance companies jack up your premiums once you have an accident regardless of whether it is your fault or not?

Thanks Matt... yeah I know... hopefully it will be looking up from now on!

AAMI state they will not change your rating if you can name the at-fault driver.

So whilst my ass is waiting to be repaired (going in next week Wednesday for its operation), my front is complete with its facelift. The look is growing on me everyday. :D

Looks good Dan, saw it first hand on Al's car.

Now all you need to do is break out the double-sided tape and that foam/rubber lip
