Brian, with your coilovers you'll need a fairly high offset to make the 19x8.5 fit if you're planning to go any lower, especially if you plan to run 225/35-19. Plus I'm not sure if Lenso will have a 5x100 application for the 19's.
Give em a call and find out more info. You might be able to get away with a +48mm offset (+50mm is better if available). Otherwise if you lower the car to a moderate level it won't be too bad up front. You'll most likely have to roll the rear guards though.
However which wheel you decide on depends on what look you're after:
- The first one, which is what I like, is more classy and mysterious appearance to them. Plus it does have a 19" available (whether or not you can get it in a 19" for the Liberty is another thing). 18's are nice and will give the car and good look. But if you really want that "wow"

factor and something to compliment the coilovers at the same time, it's got to be 19's. I love my STi wheels, but I ditched them the first chance I got for 19's.
- The 2nd one, which is sporty, will look nice spinning. But not sure about 6 spokes though. 5 or 7 sure, but 6?
- The third one? Naw, dude. See how the spokes curve inward towards the lip? That makes the wheel look smaller than it is. So 18's will look like 16's. You want a wheel that has spokes that extend to the lip to give it the illusion of looking bigger than it is.
Anyway, if you've narrowed it down to these 3 choices, I'd stick with 1 or 2. It all depends on what you want for the overall look of your Liberty to be. Classy or sporty.
