I'd be more inclined to fix the clutch pedal (free) than cut up my new mat ($$$).

I'm fairly sure the pedals are not designed to contact the floor, the exception being the acc pedal which has a stop on the firewall.

The clutch dosent need 'fixing' The mat is the problem.

A Stanley knife to cut 10mm off the top and a lighter to reseal the cut has just solved my problem.

Can't even tell its been trimmed

I've seen those eyelets in bulk on Alibaba, I can try searching for similar online :-)

You could try that car carpet specialist down your way too...

Received mine yesterday, whacked them in today. Took the Subaru badges off my genuine carpet mats and replaced the 3D badges.

Crappy quality pics but it was getting dark...
