Hi all,

Brand new my12 liberty 2.5i cvt wagon owner here, based in the inner west in Sydney. Figured I should join up and see how people who know what they're doing to their cars actually do it!

I'm not sure what sort of stuff I'm going to do, but upgrading the standard audio stuff is probably one of the first things. First though, I'll try and figure out how to get my iphone4 permanently paired to the car - both for phone, and for music. I can get it all working, but when I come back to the car the next day, although the audio works the phone pairing has stopped working. Gah! I've searched the forums but it seems my affliction is unique - if anyone has any tips I'm all ears!

Later, I might explore how to hook up a crashcam tupe recoder properly...

Yeah - same here - the dealer stuffed around for a good 10 minutes trying to get it to work. In the end i told him not to worry (I was busting to take it out for its first drive) - I figured I could do it myself later (oops).

I personally have had no issues with factory bluetooth with either my HTC or my previous iPhones
