Wow that core looks hardcore.

Is that black bracket a steering rack brace?
Is the big blue bit an upgrade H brace?

Love this car Jack. Credit to ya bloke.

After fitting a W2A system to my supercharged AU previously I have always wondered how the GT would go with a similar setup. Seeing yours has given me some incentive to pursue that path again as I know first hand what the difference is with these units. I also bought my W2A from frozen boost and found their quality to be pretty good for the value. Did you end up buying from them direct, and how did you find the postage costs to get to AUS?

Also what type/size in your intercooler core? Was it this size by any chance? http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info ... 0828f667f7

Once again Jack, well done.
Cheers
Shav

thanks shav

it works so well :) love it...best investment

I had michael order it in from the states, he modified the fittings for the hose lines....

I would look at the this one - http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info ... a019f1a1e2

the thing is you need the room from back of intake manifold to firewall....

and I'd get this front radiator - http://www.frozenboost.com/product_info ... a019f1a1e2

interesting choice of cooler Jack. Correct me if Im wrong but doesnt the core look a bit too high? Like, is there enough clearance to close the bonnet on a core of that thickness?

What problems did you encounter when you fitted your core?
Cheers

actually it depends on how much power you chasing? because you'll need to flow of the turbo match the core flow :)

Nothing major....pretty straight forward....

Cheers Jack. At this point just trying to maximize the power from the stock turbo. So a smaller core like the one you linked for me should be ok.
Cheers

Hey Guys,

Just fitted my Mishimoto Oil cooler, I haven't as yet fitted the sandwich plate, I'll let MSR do that so he top up the delvac oil :)

I also fitted a plate to divert air up to the core of the Oil Cooler with another sprayer on the Pressure switch

I also re-routed my top mount Intercooler sprayer system.

So I have 3 Mist sprayers on my front Water to Air front heat exchanger....I bought a Hobbs pressure switch from Tuspeed, set at 10psi. So went I hit 10psi it triggers off my secondary water pump. It also has Water/Methylated spirits to keep temps down :)

And my plans to get a set of Enkei wheels - TENJIN when they are available.
