Should have topped it up with E85

Just drive it in I mode and go easy, but try to keep it in open loop (no long highway drives).

Do a few learning views to see how it's going and then an ecu reset when you fill it back up.

And fill it with 98 next time

I remember in NZ the petrol station filler person filled out RV with petrol but accidentally put it in the damn drinking water tank!
Anyway, it will be fine. Your car can handle it

Thanks! Great advice, most appreciated... More research:
Rome_STI wrote:As for the fuel additive it's an octane booster you put it in when you put a full tank of petrol in your car and it will make it run a little better for a while, but not really worth how much they charge for it!

I have a bottle of Subaru fuel additive so I may use that pending feedback...

Octane booster Benny, to raise the octane levels up to where they should be  Spark plugs are cheap.

Or syphon what you can out and put it in your mower, go kart, jackhammer, vibe, dishwasher, pond, etc.

Follow the 4 Ps.

1. Park out front of servo
2. Push end of garden hose into filler
3. Place sign saying "Unleaded 50c/litre" on top of car
4. Profit

That goes for me too. Very much. The fun is sorting the good info from the bs...

I may siphon out 1/2 a tank and put it into our townace van...
Anyone local to me with a spare jerrycan and or siphon?

Green garden hose and a quick suck... oh wait sorry wrong forum

Just grab a bottle of octane booster and whip a couple of hoops. In all seriousness I would just put in octane booster, had to do it a while back when I thought the local servo sold 98, I was wrong and I had not fuel to drive to the next place, and completely filled it up :)
