Advice please... small/med/large shims on Phat LCA bushes?

You may be correct Ben and that is along the lines of what my installer was saying. Actually I just had the RCA kit installed yesterday for the purpose of bringing everything back to correct geometry, so going by your theory the shims should now best be same top and bottom, however that is not what 'phat' recommends for the best handling improvement - hence the confusion.

To be honest I didn't specify anything. I gave them to Ralph at Trutrack and left it to his judgement. Ben will come around and have a look or if you'd like to PM me and I'll give you my address. You can drive the car too to see what you think.

I love the suspension setup I have BTW hence have never looked too hard into it.

Thanks Bruce, but I know that you have a fair few more suspension mods than me so may not be comparing apples with apples. Plus if I drive yours I will have no choice but to want to spend more money on mine!

I'll be using Bruce's car as a template for installing my bits (as I'm lacking the funds to take it to TruTack, at least for the install stage):
Camber adjustable coilvers, Jspeed rear LCA bushes, WL RCA kit and H brace. Probably not going quite as low, just a wee bit.
DIY as much as I can...

Wow it's going to be a whole new car! Good thing to do it all at once as you only need the one wheel alignment. Downside is its hard to pinpoint exactly which mod is responsible for making your car feel so good!

Maybe but I find the better the suspension setup the less there is to notice!
The exception is supposedly "when you're really pushing it" so I guess I'll never know lol

It's hard to tell because the foam bits over the top are partially covering the shims. With mine I had to move those bits and feel with my fingers to know that they were both the same top and bottom. Looks like the one on top may be a medium one but not sure.

I guess I'll be following the instructions and get everything checked when I eventually go for the "rockstar"/"glammer" alignment/corner weight at TruTrack.
