Well I decided to scare my mate in my car...hehe

While doing so I did a 0-100 time on my ECU Datascan....

Conditions

34 degrees... :angry2:
2 heavy guys 200+ kg
Full tank

I managed to run a 4.5....

I was stoked at the outcome :)

With the Liberty's 10% built in speedo error, it was probably 0-90kmph in 4.5 seconds.
You really need proper testing equipment to get an accurate reading in a Lib.
I test to a 0-110kmph to get a close to accurate 0-100km result in my car.

I'm sure Jackson's GT is capable of getting a low 4 second 0-100km time with the right conditions and launch.

Depends which OBD value was used for speed... The car knows exactly how fast you're going (provided you're on standard tyres), what it shows on the speedo is lowered deliberately. Your trip meter uses the correct speed.

Trip meter and speed are both on the same CAN signal so they have the same calibration. The ECU calibration has the figure wrong(via the Gear Determination value) and Subaru themselves admit the odometer/trip meter are both out by 10% and they honour warranty 10% past the official figures(66,000kms on 60,000 warranty)
