Those are the ultimate brakes for a white car. They may also be the ultimate biatch to clean though.
You've raised the bar for team white. :hi: Excellent attention to detail with the black mirrors and the plastidipped engine cover too.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

Thanks guys!

Yeah cleaned the car today, pretty much just went to the point of taking all the wheels off and cleaning up the calipers. The pads I am running atm are pretty dusty so I'm looking into some that will be a little less dusty.

Tune got done on friday, and it is fair to say what everyone says about matt is 100% true. Car is SOOOOOO much nicer to drive now! pulls heaps earlier, power delivery is way smoother and the exhaust sounds much smoother and more refined now as well.

The only downside was that right as he got in the car he told me I had an exhaust leak, sure enough both my catalytic converters had taken a beating the night before. I bottomed out driving home from the star on thursday night and crushed both my cat converters, but the left one was leaking more than the right side.
Thankfully I was able to get them both replaced today. Have to give a huge thanks to Castle Hill exhausts who put the new high flow cats in today. Popped in for a quote at around 10 ish, they said they would shuffle a few things around and they would squeeze me in before they close (they close at 12), and sure enough I had the cats replaced today and the car is running even better !

So next up is getting the bonnet, front guards and rear bar sprayed (finally). The different bonnet to body colour is really starting to bug me alot!

They didn't really say much at all. Only thing they commented on was the lack of wheel gap

hmmmm, well right not my biggest issue is the fact that the brakes squeal constantly because they are track pads and not street pads. Any light braking and the squeal like no tomorrow. I'll probably still give the ultimates a go anyway, if I really don't like them then I will look into dixels

QFM HPX pads. $220 delivered for a full set to suit Brembos. I run them on my Lib, and ran them on my old Wrx Sti. Zero noise, and virtually dust free.
