liberty accessories in japan

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

Not if you fork out for the more expensive ones, which have really soft and fine bristles. Otherwise some auto stores have detailing brushes which do a nice job without scratching anything. :victory:

But if i buy that brush and clean it once a week...
that would cost time + money.. or people could buy that boot lid (one off payment!!) and it will save that fuss of getting under there all the time and cleaning all the shit that gets caught..

But personally i don't like the look i hate the fact that there are two bold silver lines that go around the plastic.. looks like a big ... yeah.. :D

ROFL

fair call....i would prefer the whole thing covered but i suppose i would be crucified by all the members that use the stick....

oh well....will let everyone know if i ever get one of these .... i might look at the Mazda RX8 shift boot as a mod since theirs have the round silver surround as well......

I can vaguely remember seeing one of these that incorporates the silver ring to make it look like a manual :?

I think it actually wrapped over the ring so you couldnt see it anymore.

I might be confusing it with an aftermarket manual gear boot though???

Might be a good idea to hit up the phatman to see if he knows of anything for ya :)
Cheers,

Rosso.

a bit hard to do a group buy on this one as Japanparts don't have it ....

I might look at something that covers the whole surround instead.....decisions decisions.....

I'm all about being unique and customizations to be different .... but golly. Those shift boots look really tacky. Sort of like the Home Brand of shift boots.

Yeah im not a fan of these ones either, they do look rather tacky. Home Brand  haha. i was thinking more like Black & Gold. :D

I think i found the pics on import monster just to prove there is an auto boot that incorporates the ring.

Personally, if i still had an auto id keep it bootless. :D
Cheers,

Rosso.
