Postby Liberty.94 » Fri Nov 09, 2012 1:52 pm

Hey guy's, my 3 litre chews a stupid amount of fuel and was wondering if there's like an ecu tune that will fix that? i've been told that there is but i need to know where and how much? in brisbane/gold coast preferably.

define "stupid" in the context of your driving style?

Otherwise, there's no use tuning around a mechanical/ sensor problem

stupid meaning 16 litres per 100km's and as far as im aware, no 3 litre h6 chews up anywhere near that much fuel and the majority of the time i drive sensibly as i treasure my car :3

you need to look for mechanical issues
o2 sensors being the main culprits
coolant temp sensor
AFM
