STi foot pedals

Postby BlackGT » Mon Mar 17, 2008 10:52 am

Recently installed the STi pedals and I'm not sure if its just me and the way I drive but I hate them. When I pres down the clutch or accelerator and then release on the release the side of my shoe gets stuck. It's very annoying.

Anyone else have this problem?

No they're on tight..I think for a manual car it seems that these pedals are wider and don't provide much gap between pedals. This might be OK on the track if your trying heel n toe but general driving it sucks penile implants

Never seen the foot pedals in real life but i guess it must be a little wider if your toe gets stuck? Is there any noticeable difference size wise if you put them next to the old pedals?

when you change gears or braking are you using your whole foot ??

you should really only be using the balls of your feet not the whole foot.

have you changed your seat length , perhaps increase the length so your not pushing down as hard on the pedal.
