These ones don't have airbags unfortunately so I do have the light constantly on, on the dash.

Am keeping my eyes out for some 06 seats to fix that but these will suffice until then :)

A resistor across the plug will fix the light on the dash. Cant remember the rating.....

Just dont have an accident with them in..........

New wheels and tyres today.

04-06 3.0R-B 18x7" rims wrapped in 225/45/18 Kumho KU27s

Nice and subtle :)

Have only driven a few kays on them but they feel great :)

On the other hand, the guy who fitted them spotted that my rear shocks have seized. Not sure how that happened but it answers a few questions!! I guess I'll be looking to rebuild or replace them next. They're only 50-60k kms old :(

Very familiar indeeeeed!

I reckon they must've had a spare centre cap lying around too because all 4 seem to have one!!

So the 05 WRX seats weren't in the car for long. They didn't have airbags but were a quick solution to a bad problem so kept an eye out for some MY06 seats which have airbags to replace them with.

Found some during the week and got them today. Sold the MY05 ones to a mate who was looking for some anyway! Win.

Did the big swap this arvo. Here's the new babies in their new home...

Not as 'huggy' as the 05 ones but they match in nicely with the XT interior ...and they have airbags!

I'm impressed that they look so good and have airbags. Seems we have another crusin for style!
