Well here's an in cabin video of me chasing down a very quick and unrelenting GT. Had to load onto Facebook as YouTube uploader went spaz on me repeatedly.
Rest of the trackside videos of everyone else will be uploaded later tonight - shall post on here when its done.

btw thanks for letting me take it out for a couple of laps. It seriously feels MUCH better than the merc to turn into the corners. The steering feel and weighting is more consistent and gives better feedback. Plus after getting out of my car which was vibrating like a b*tch (as you experienced) the BMW felt smooth to drive as well.

Yep changed back to stock wheels and tyres as soon as getting back in to Sydney and had no problems with vibrations. The highway drive back was a total b*tch though - even going at 100 my arms were shaking non stop :S

Looks a bit like my dash now.

It would be cleaning day today except my back is having a whinge the week.

Although thanks to brake due I get to see what gunmetal rims might look like on my car.

Also, it seems I was running S instead of S# at the track day, although it probably doesn't make any difference when you're using that much accelerator.
