Hi Everyone

Just want to say G'day & all that jazz.

I am currently the proud owner of a 2005 (MY06) Liberty GT Auto Station Wagon.

Its pretty well stock (Compared to some of you!). I've done the following thus far:

Bilstien Shocks
Eibach Lowered Springs
Unifilter panel filter
ECUTEK with full dyno tune

She goes pretty hard as it is, but I am looking for a bit more go.

Have just posted a new topic in the 2.0LT section, hope y'all can give me some help.

Cheers

Bloody keen to come along! Although my car is going to look awefully bland compared to most... I'll just have to make sure I get some of my Bilstein badging on there first!

Just to confirm, meeting at Maccas Sylvania 11am on the 2nd March?

Do I need to contact anyone prior etc?

Sorry for the dumb questions, I'm new to all this stuff.

Gods country mate, there's a reason they gave it that name. 8)

I landed up getting it from MRT unfortunately. They did a good job, off the top of my head, (I worked it out) I'm running around the 150kw at the wheels. She goes well, but I need more POWER!

On a side note, the problem that I've had with MRT is basically that they muck me around. First time I went in there I was ment to get the airfilter done at the same time as the chip & dyno. When I turned up in the afternoon, they informed me they ran out of stock of the airfilters. Now considering I booked it in like 4 weeks prior, & if even confirmed everything that was going on when I dropped if it, I was pretty annoyed.

From what I hear around the traps, most people have that problem with MRT (Aside from the prices they charge). Guessing unless you want to drop some serious cash with them, they don't look after you all that well.

Yes I kind of know what you mean but having said that I was going to get my 62500km service next week and had booked with SVM but after speaking to the worlds largest ******* in the parts department I changed my mind and booked it with MRT. I think each persons experience will be different.

I'm in the same boat where i feel I need more power cause I'm around the same kw's as you (depending on which DYNO). The next steps are I guess bigger intercooler and Turbo with dump pipe? Maybe someone can shed some light on the upgrade path for me.

Generally speaking there ok. I just feel I've been messed around to some degree each time of gone in there. I haven't actually been there for a service, so maybe their attitude will be different / better. You've got to let me know about how you go with them next week.

100% on the same path as you. Only trick is it is my daily driver, so I'm going to limit how hardcore I will go on some things. In my opinion, things like intercoolers, exhausts & suspension just get the car to the level it should be.

Oh, have you changed your discs yet?

Cheers

I totally understand as I have a 2 year old and another one on the way in a few months so I can't really justify modding the suspension but I would love more go for being able to overtake at freeway speeds. Also I have changed the brake disc's if that is what you meant and put in some DBA4000's.
