I'm not fussed either way but some people might not like the idea of driving 2-2.5 hours to get to the cruise start point.

was talking to joel about this the other night and he said last putty run the stop was at Harrigans Pub, could this be an option maybe? start sydney end drive up and have lunch at Harrigans?
