my mate used to drive tourist buses and he one day pulled up behind a "Kents Removals" truck..
as some drivers do he said over the mike "kents removals... i heard they didn't last too long in New Zealand because of their name"

There was a small nick in the leather of the steering wheel, and also a small scratch on the trim inside the A pillar.
AAMI have agreed to replace both!
(and I get to keep the old wheel )



I think it helped that I took lots of photos before I touched the car at all.

Nowadays, people will steal anything for a quick buck. My old man's 1975 Corona was stolen from Highpoint Shopping Center a couple of months ago. This goes to show how desperate some people are.

I've had that happen to me twice, nothing was nicked of value which makes it even worse. Damn the side glass is more expensive to replace than the windscreen.
