07 on GTB has self levelling HID's. Theres a bracket on the LHS front control arm that connects to a module that levels the headlight in relation to where the suspension is.
I havent seen alloy arms to suit post facelift Liberty (although Im sure they are out there.)
I did a set for someone and retro fitted the bracket to the alloy arms by fabricating an alloy bracket and welding it to the arm.

Mark is saying if you source alloy ones from a jdm, you need to ensure they also have these brackets for the sensors to mount to otherwise your hid's wont auto level - which is illegal
