Help! Where does this screw or clip come from?

I found a screw/clip at driver side beside the brake. Can someone please tell me where is it come from? and how can I put it back to where it is supposed to be?

It is a 2005 Subaru Liberty 3.0R, and here is the picture,

It looks like its from below the steering column area grab a touch and have a look around the area were your legs would be errrrrrr there should be a hole that is missing a screw (so to speak )

Thanks for response, dude. Couldn't find any missing screw below steering column. :cry:

. It seems like a clip from floor insulator, like the picture showing below. The number 12 clip looks like the one I've mentioned. please correct me if I am wrong. If I were right, how can I get to floor insulator? Any opinion is welcome!

Fark me those pics are huge took ages to load (my net isn't great either)

Will have a quick look in my 04GT and see if I can spot it?

EDIT: Just had a quick look.. Only clip that looks like it in that area is directly behind the accel pedal?

Yes! It is behind accel pedal. My Gf fixed it in 15 sec. :shock:
