WTB: Wagon rear bumper protector cover thing

Does anyone have one for sale, even used would be OK. For Gen 4 2003 - 2009. They seem pretty expensive new for a lump of plastic.

Something like this. I don't mind if it has "Legacy" or "Liberty" or nothing on it.

Have you considered clear paint protection film? MIT would look much better and probably cheaper

Seen it on my mate's wagon and the SS looks nice. Pity it is not available for a sedan.

I'd like one too, they look great but not @ $175 for the SS one.

I'd consider getting one depending on the price. If someone wants to look to do a group buy. By the looks of this thread should at least be 4-5 interested.

I wanna know though if this guard is still visible when the boot is closed.

Depending on the price we should ad least save on delivery....

There is no point me doing GB as I way too west and delivery would be more.

The plastic one on my 2007 model (I'm assuming it was put there since new) has started to deform. Kind of wonky, especially on the small lip which curls on the rear part of the bumper. I'm not sure how it happened/maybe high exposure to heat, as well as the adhesive slowly coming off.
Not sure it it's happened to others, but just something to think about.
Depending on price, I could possibly be interested in a GB for S/S.

Just digging up a really old thread... did this end up going ahead? Were people happy with them? (thinking of getting one of the stainless steel ones)
