Out of interest you should hide a refund email within a request for purchase email

I seemed to get a reply when i mentioned that i knew that several people had thier refunds processed from a fourm and that my email was being ignored.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease i guess......eventually

Got the refund from Sydney Installers, Harry was okay to deal with in the end !
