Bent fins are a tricky fix. There are tools specific to fixing bent fins but I'm not sure how well they work.
You won't notice any gains from it using stock everything, if that is what you are thinking.
If you are thinking cosmetically you want to clean up the engine bay, start by buying a set of ABS & Battery covers first.

Bent fins are an easy fix with an appropriately sized flat-blade screwdriver

tweezers are the way to go to straighten those fins
