YOU cant wait, lol. It will all be happening in 3 weeks time, except for body parts, still waiting to order them off a certain someone *sigh*

*EDIT* Just got off the phone to a certain someone and will likely be ordering some more cosmetic parts tomorrow.

A tune just from changing intake? Im getting one anyway for new turbo but i wouldnt have thought it was needed just from changing the airbox to pod filter?

I ran that exact filter for a week or two without a tune with no issue at all.

You don't need a tune to run a pod filter, I've had mine for a year without a tune. Hold of on the tune until your turbo etc is done

As this car already has a K2 exhaust on (dont remember it getting tuned?).....really should be tuned with the addition of the cobb intake.

Of course if the other mod parts are coming soon, put all parts on then one tune.

I was never worried, car already has a verso tune on it from when I got my dump put on, and yer will be installing it before I get my turbo on and retuned but If I wasnt getting a tune for the turbo I wouldnt get a retune just for a different intake as I already have an apexi high flow air filter and silicon MAF pipe. Also these will be spare if anyone is interested.

I agree you don't need to tune, but in my experience my car ran crap with exhaust and filter upgrade. Way rich.
Once I had it tuned I wished I'd done it sooner (I went a few months).

Unless you know for sure you love lots of whooshing sounds I'd hang on to the old filter stuff for a little while in case you want to revert :)

haha yer i had my BOV set to full atmosphere the other week and whilst I liked the sound of it, I didnt like the back firing caused from running too rich, needs a retune if I want the BOV set like that again.

Ok so only just over a week until the new turbo goes on so Im getting pretty excited. One question though, I have been told that I will not need new injectors until I start modding the actual engine block itself. I was planning on going for injector dynamics 725cc but was told the stock ones would be fine. I am getting a new fuel pump installed however. Just wondering what opinions were on this as im not 100% sure, would have thought that upgrading the fuel pump would require bigger injectors?

Well I have similar mods to you minus a tune, and my injector cycle was getting up to 90% usage at some RPMs, so I'd say upgrade the injectors just in case and to give you decent headroom. I'm going for ID1000s personally because then I have the option of going E85 down the track, but the 725cc should be more than enough for you.

Go the ID1000's. I have seen them on special online, carmodsaustralia I think had them cheap. They don't quite flow 1000, but they are more than enough.
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.
