i think im going to go DBA4000 rotors with (maybe) Hawk HP Ceramic pads, just to try them out.
as for wheels, im stuck between the Ultrex RS and the Tenzo Cuzco's... i like both styles

as for a mini meet, there was word of me meeting up with the wollongong boys (Jkeep2.5i and N8Bain) some time, but there is always room for one more
plus, id like to see how your shopping trolley handles now with the rear sway bar and LCA bushes too

I've heard good things about the DBAs too and nearly pulled the trigger on pips06's slotted DBA5000s but was too late :(

More than happy for you to take a spin of my trolley too

compared to stock, how does she feel?

and pips06's rotors were going for dirt cheap! there are quite a few things that pop up every so often i wish i had money for,
im kinda keen for a set of brembo's too but they have to wait

Can corner flatter that's for sure. I just noticed before the rear would feel floaty going through a corner so it definitely feels more planted  The bushes for me were a more subtle difference, it certainly feels more direct in steering but I also think half of that comes down to getting my wheels aligned at the same time. You certainly feel more of the road through your hands, which I personally like.

The only way to truly notice the difference new LCA bushes make (like the PHAT GT "Jspeed" ones) Is to take a corner in to a side street HARD.
All those people who say they didn't notice much of a difference, clearly haven't done so.

Haven't really done that, but never did it with the old bushes in so I have zero point of comparison.

You would have surely taken a corner hard at least once on the old bushes. Even if you are just turning right at a set of lights or something.

I couldn't wipe the grin off my face after I tried it out, because PHAT told me that is where you notice the difference. Not in everyday driving. People expect the car to handle better but don't try push it any further, so they don't feel the benefits.

Sorry but I just thought I should post this because I have noticed of late a few people basically complain that they didn't notice anything extra other than road feel in the steering. And I have to say to those people. You're doing it wrong!
