Pull Mist

Postby chris12 » Sun May 13, 2012 8:13 am

Ok, I admit, haven't consulted the manual for this one. But, on my car on the windscreen wiper arm, it's got written 'PULL MIST'. I assume, that if you pull the arm towards you, water squirts out and the wipers go.

With mine, if I pull that lever, the windscreen wipers just go. Then, on the button to the left, water comes out and the windscreen wipers go.

I'm guessing this isn't the way it's supposed to be?

What do you mean on the bottom left water comes out? Do is it possible your washèr jet hoses are disconnected?

You should have a button on the end of the stalk for the washers and pulling it makes them wipe once or if you hold it they go until you stop.

Whoops, that was supposed to read "on the button to the left".

The button on the left = Spray and wipe.
Pull the stalk towards the steering wheel = Wipe.

If there is a mist on the window, or it's lightly raining.
