18x9.5 +35 Fitment enquiry.....

Hey guys looking to fit a set of these up on the Gen4 wagon...
Im new to subys and have had a bit of a search and am getting a lot of mixed opinions. hoping for some clarity from someone running this size.
Set up will be BC coilovers, happy to roll guards (with roller so may flare slightly)
tyre stretch... run around 225/40

how far will these sit outside guard rim wise? (without tyre fitted)

going for this kinda look but xxr is outta stock so contemplating Rota T2R, done the big dollar Jap wheels on previous cars and can't justify the expense when I can get more concave and a similar if not better looking wheel for quarter the cost (yes I'm aware of weight and quality, and obvious e-rep points lol, it's a daily so all about budget)

they are XXR 527.... had ordered a set from states but they are outta stock for a good few months so not overly impressed.
going with these instead i think. If someone can gimme some info

Fitment looks mint dude. How much guard work did you have to do? The +35 will poke 2mm more and have 2mm more inner clearance... Hoping to get away with a 235 40 and a guard roll and pump with the roller. What camber did you end up running in the end? Did you just use camber bolts?

How did I not see this sort of reply? Oh no I did... There is rarely a car out there that competes with you OCD tendencies. I would swap my car for this one any day... This is the sort of thing I need, either this or leave my car with you for a few months, actually that would probably only need to be days or weeks at most and it would come back something like this just NA.

But then again with some cash a Super Charger as we know could also be done...

Not my car, it's drndrn's. You can try pm him or post in his old thread.
My car only has 8.5 +35 with 235 rubber, which fit with no modification.

[EDIT] Due to my retardo rim measurement skills I now find out I actually have 7.5 +45 with 235s.

How much guard work for an 18x9.5 +35??? Kinda used to running +10 or similar offsets with little work so it's all a little different understanding what needs to be done.... I'm a Suby noob

I can't from experience but I gave you a lead that had pics that show what you are asking.

Which gives more pics of the exact measurements you are after.

Other than that there is also http://rimsntires.com/specs.jsp + some sort of measuring device and you can work it out.

And different offsets don't change the math. A 20mm difference in offset is still 20mm whether it's at +10 or +55.

You say you have coilovers and are willing to roll and even lightly flare guards so I'd say you will have no trouble.
