Whats the Fastest road Car you have ever driven???

My last car……. 346 kw atw… built Gen III 5.7lt, good old engineered performance no forced induction.

Not the easiest thing to drive as a daily due to the brass button clutch and lack of traction……. SS’s weren’t made to go around corners and didn’t like moisture.

I’ve also been lucky to be drive a new Porkers lately 911 S and Cayman R.

Rented a porsche GT3 for a day in Mellbourne on a work trip last year. It was a prop in a commercial I was working on.
Took it for a spin from the city out to the airport and back at about 1AM.
Bitch to drive through the city with the tram tracks but on the freeway. Holy shit!!! scared myself badly a few times.

Also drove a mates Audi R8 through the national park in Sutherland one Saturday. Truly incredible car.

Uncle has a Bentley, can't remember which model but it is surprisingly quick for a loungeroom on wheels.

Yeah it's really quick for such a monster of a car. But it's smooth as silk.
You just put your foot down and suddenly your over 100k's no fuss at all.

Yeah, Bentley Continental GT, 6 litre W12 engine Twin turbo - 412kw (560hp) and AWD. 0-100km in 4.8 seconds (not bad for 2.3 tonnes)

My mates Dad ordered one and it got delivered when the old man was overseas so we had to go pick it up from the dealer and take it home.

Off the mark it didn't feel supercar quick but it really piles on speed bloody quick from 60kmph.

We overtook a car on a long straight heading home and after a quick check of the speedo, we were actually going faster than what most aussie performance cars top speed is.

Needless to say, my mate lost his License for a considerable time from driving this car.

I havent had the opportunity to drive anything super awesome but I've got some years to go

Passenger: Mates Evo 9 with light modifications
Driven: Ford XR8 AU - the one with the head lights like this (Oo---Ford---oO) - Im not even sure how much power that had (200kw?) but it was mighty fun at my old place with a 100m long gravel driveway
