Fixing steering wheel controls on MY10 GEN5

Hi All,

I have had a scour around and was unable to find a post on this topic. I have just bought my first ever Sub and noticed that the volume up/down, Mute and Mode buttons are all a bit faulty some more than others - UP vol is really bad and rarely works. I am going to call the dealer to see if they will repair but can anyone point me in the right directions on resolving the issue myself should the dealer brush me off?
