For those of us who havent yet up graded, but are looking to upgrade our pads.
I thought it would be helpful to some if, rather than having countless threads all over the shop, to just have the one thread for ease of mind

So if you guys could help us out :D

What Pads Are You Using/Used:
Where Did You Get Them From:
How Much:
How Much Brake Dust:
How Much Brake Fade:
Would You Get Them Again:

How Much: Can't remember, about $700
How Much Brake Dust: No idea, don't care
How Much Brake Fade: Not much
Would You Get Them Again: Maybe

What Pads Are You Using/Used: Subaru
Where Did You Get Them From: Ahhh.. Subaru
How Much: About $60k
How Much Brake Dust: No idea, don't care
How Much Brake Fade: Not much, not until the end of my driveway anyway
Would You Get Them Again: Sure, but they'll go in the bin the moment the car gets home

How Much: "You can get them front the States cheap"
How Much Brake Dust: "bugger all dust"
How Much Brake Fade: "no fade"
Would You Get Them Again: Yes

Where Did You Get Them From: Competition Friction
How Much: About $300.
How Much Brake Dust: A fair bit, but don't care
How Much Brake Fade: very little
Would You Get Them Again: bloody oath

What Pads Are You Using/Used: Ferodo DS Performance
Where Did You Get Them From: Repco
How Much: Not sure
How Much Brake Dust: A littler bit, don't care
How Much Brake Fade: Used on the rear.
Would You Get Them Again: Yes.

What Pads Are You Using/Used: Subaru STi
Where Did You Get Them From: secret
How Much: Free
How Much Brake Dust: A bit, don't care
How Much Brake Fade: Not on the street, haven't tracked the car on these pads so don't know.
Would You Get Them Again: Not really, as I didn't like the pedal feel.

What Pads Are You Using/Used: Subaru
Where Did You Get Them From: Came with the car
How Much: don't know
How Much Brake Dust: No idea, don't care
How Much Brake Fade: Yes when pushing hard.
Would You Get Them Again: Only if their cheap.

I do need new brake pads all round on my standard brakes so this will be handy :)

Hawk Performance Ceramic.

Had them all round in my Gen2 GT with '08 spec B brakes. Did track days and driver dynamic days in them with no fade and bugger all dust on normal driving.

As soon as I need new pads for the Brembo's these are going in. You can get them form the States cheap.

How Much: $250 for the fronts
How Much Brake Dust: Bugger all
How Much Brake Fade: None on the road; haven't tracked them.
