...and the cheapest parts I have purchased have been clips for the front grille of the Forester @ $3 each but then when you look to buy an AFM or an O2 sensor or something that controls a part of the car then expect to be parting with some spendoolies.

mine has killed itself 3 times, had that whole engine and cruise light flash sequence happening... now have just terminated the command which causes this, as really didnt notice a difference with the "stuffed" o2 sensor each time... replaced under warranty each time, thankfully!

my AFM died on me tonight.... was getting boost cut all the way home after dinner. checked intercooler piping and everything seemed fine.... until i went for another spin. car died on my 100m away from home. car didn't even start with AFM plugged in. lucky i was able to limp it home. anyone bought an AFM recently? how much am i looking at?
