Will deffiantly be mid to top end power I'm building for. The bum dyno when my gt2530 opens up at around 4,000 tells me that the top end is a good place to be.

Might post some of the house work rather than the car work Mick :).

Been throwing mad engine codes, lights all intermittent operation. Was a fucked battery as I suggested the other day.

Ran out of brake fluid. RHR banjo connection on the brembo caliper is pissing fluid. Bolts tight so we will replace the washers Sunday and rebleed the brakes, also looking into braided rear lines. The washers were replaced with the brembo upgrade so possibly got a faulty washer. Now the caliper needs a respray and wheel needs a good clean.

Was a leaking rear right bango bolt. Could be dodgy washers but karl made sure everything was tight, re bleed the lines, Havent had a issue since. haven't done any 100-0 aggressive braking runs yet though. Will report back :).

5.1 fluid will be going in when I get my rear braided lines on.

Wow Taylor... I've just spent the last hour reading your threads and all I can say, this is some journey you have been on!!

But I guess the results speak louder than words! The car looks mint, goes like stink... what else could you ask for?!

Good job, looking forward to your future mods mate! :D
Below car has been gone for quite some time now... blew bottom end bearing and dealership screwed me! Now driving 2008 WRX with ~65k kms on the clock. Only has cat back exhaust and tune by KiDo at the moment! More to come... but slowly!

Purchased recently (12/11/2013), already with: Stage 2 Pedders lowered springs, rear Whiteline sway bar, Advan Racing TCII 18x8 wheels, k&N pod filter, custom 3" exhaust system from turbo back with Magnaflow mufflers. ECUTEK tune of some sort (hopefully soon to be fixed)..... now FIXED!! Now KiDo Tuned!
Added: HID kit, EZ lip equivalents to the front and sides, and various LED treatments, oem boot spoiler, [LGT WRC] plates, GFB Respons BOV for extra Pssscchhh! --> Gone... I couldn't afford it's heart transplant... but keep a look out, as it will come back on sale soon!

No Liam... Thankyou for driving my car. I have always woundered what it sounds/looks like from the outside when it's on WOT and when the waste gate opens. Was also good to put my mind back into perspective. What a relatively stock lib (lowered springs, mufflers) handles and drives like compared to a slightly modded one.

I am going off the performance mods for a little bit guys. Everything from here on is big $$$. So I need to do a little saving.
Next big performance mods will be
JDM STI Spec C 6 speed
FMIC
19psi-20psi and E85 on retune.
Looking to hit 250atw with that.

Rebuild and 300 club is a while away.

Have a few little cosmetic mods in mind
K2 gear floor mats
Zero sport engine covers
K2 gear steering wheel

Have also just purchased a new boot as the previous owner before me damaged it quite badly when he attempted his DIY bootlip install. Has been on my to do list since I got the car but never got around to it.

Are you still at Uni or working full time now? Good luck with it all, that's a lot of saving to do!

No way! it's good to kick the performance bug (drug) for a while and concentrate on other stuff to "round out" the car. +1 taylor
