Hi, all
Has anyone installed the AdvancedICE mp3 adaptor for a MY05 GT liberty? Im looking to buy one to play my ipod in but have no idea to the difficulty of installing or if its even any good. Anyone have any suggestions. Cheers.

hey yeh i bought one 2 weeks ago and it took me about 10 minutes to install. i would definatly recomend anyone to buy one. it also charged ipod so to me that was also a great feature. just let me know if you need any other detail will be happy to help

hey bud, just a quick one. How is this system installed? U dont need a headphone jack or anything do u?

It's plugged into the CD stacker port on the rear of the HU.

Questions for AdvancedICE owners:
Q1: I'm considering getting one, as it does aux-in, mp3/usb and iPod...just wondering: how do you switch between those sources?

Q2: Have you tried it with an iPhone? If so, what about taking calls?

Q3: Does it charge an iPhone too?

And is the MY05 GT HU the same unit as is in the MY06 3.0R-SpecB?
