Why bother. Just go get trashed at someones house instead. It is way cheaper and there will be plenty of time for clubbing or whatever once you're 18.

An under age drinker isn't going to hear a random on the Internet tell them not to do what they want to do and then change their mind.

If they are going to do it anyway (from my memory of times past that is the case) better off at a mates place than in the city at some dodgy club in my opinion.
