Mark can you tell me where you get your rims fixed up and repainted again? I know you mentioned it the other week at the meet but I forgot and at the time hadn't thought of doing it but saw a couple of them powder coated at Subaru on the stock rims and thinking I might get something like that.

But then the next question what colour? and how much?

Neway Wheels in West Heidelberg. Ask for Trent. Should be the $500 mark for any guttermarks repaired and painted in any standard color.

Any discount since I haven't damaged them at all? Hence do them now while no repairs or put them off until I have got some other mods on the car first.

You could ask. Normally $480 cash including repairs and paint.

Also, that is a really great price so I probably wouldn't be asking for a discount. But that's just me.

Mark can they get the silver STI enkei colour spot on? Have you seen them do that colour? I've seen a few repair jobs and the silver looks a bit flat compared to mine...

Got a tip from someone recently to use his rim repairer, they charge $120 a wheel including repairs so would come to about the same price :D

The hyper silver/shadow chrome on the STi and spec B wheels is a 2 part process. Black base with semi clear metallic silver over the top.

Doubles the cost per wheel due to double the paint and work.

So really it would be $240 per wheel

Very nice Mark. Reckon you could eat off that engine bay. :good:
