i just gave homers a call, 7.30 dinner, with a table (or many) reserved for 30 people.

this is what i could make out from the lovely foreign lady on the other end of the phone line,
she almost had a heart attack when i said 30 people!

so... first in, best dressed i guess :D
i didnt expect this meet would get such a big reception from everyone :biggrin:

We could always hit up Harry’s Café de wheels at either Tempe or Parramatta, both have good parking and quick service for big groups.
Not a soobi anymore, but still slightly dirty

Senator, i think thats a great idea!

we could do that if more than 30 people turn up for dinner? i dont think homer's would like me much but i would rather have everyone stick together as a group :D

yeah when i suggested homers i was expecting maybe 10 people or so, not 30 haha

i wasnt expecting 30 people either...

Maybe we should change it to Harry's Cafe de Wheels? i can always cancel the booking at homers

i dunno, see what people think maybe?
could always just meet at eastwood anyway and go to harrys from there

very true, from what i could make out, they said they are going to hold the table(s) for me for 10 minutes, and if no one shows up then we lose them

we wouldnt have to worry about parking at Harry's in Parra

i hate last minute changes like this, but i really didnt expect to have this many people be interested either
