Go to avojdm.com or some other avo site. Look for part# H6217AG910,911, 912. These are single zone, dual zone, and not sure versions of the facia panels with double din aperture. I have a 910 in my 05 Outback, single zone ac. Worked absolutely fine. Had to buy a single din cubby pocket to fill the hole with a single DIN HU (JVC DV6105) up top - from a Toyota parts desk! The units come with a cable to feed the radio aerial from Suby connector to normal coax IIRC. There are pics of mine on legacygt.com from 2005 somewhere. The only hard part, after you find out how to get the dash apart is getting the Hazard switch off the old panel, as there is very little slack in the lead, and the small latches are fiddly to get at as you run out of hands.
Talk to Paul Hansen at AVO (Paul Hansen [paul@avoturboworld.com]), he's very helpful here. The dual zone seems to be same price as single currently - US$347+shipping.

Hi LT5PLY

if you "dont" have duel climite i have one in stock ready to go in black

If you have duel climite i can get you one in black from subaru japan

But you must give me the model of car you drive if you wish me to get you one and colour of the trim you wish to replace

if the first pic you posted is your cars audio panel than i have one ill let go of cheap!
