CDs stuck in McIntosh Stacker

I cannot get the CD's to eject from the McIntosh Stacker. I have tried all of the methods recommended in the manual but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately last time it happened to me, I have to take it back to the dealer and they literally replaced the head unit with another.
They then got the CDs out after a few days and I picked those back up from them.

It was covered under warranty thus I don't know what they would charge.
But I do freak out everytime I change CD in that stacker, it always seems to hestitate and very reluctant to do so.

I had a cd player in the 80s that ate a disc - unit had to be sent back to japan to get it ou!!!

Freakin' same problem as this thread popped up today.
So...Subaru is the only one that can fix it?

I believe someone got their disc out by pressing buttons... but don't quote me, search for yourself.

Bringing up an old thread

I know someone with the same problem - McIntosh premium HU with climate controls from MY07.
Any way of fixing this?
