Or is it all top secret... :?
Also in your before and after pics are the after shot taken after you've applied a wax or straight after a cut as such?

Normally do a chemical to get rid of iron traces in the paint and clay bar for decontamination of tar spots, overspray, other road grime

That white stuff is a foam mixture from a high pressure (pretty much just car wash)

Most of the after shots are before a wax or sealant. A camera won't really pick up a difference between a wax or non waxed car, but will when it's had a good paint correction

Anyone used a DAS6-Pro, thinking about getting it instead of the Concours since waxit are taking forever to get the pads back in stock.

Das6-pro is very similar to Concours 900, a tiny bit less power and more $$

What pads are you waiting for?

So I went and bought a das6 yesterday with the 4 Lake County pads (blue, black, white, orange) came with Menzerna sampler kit. Cars been washed and clayed so what would be the best combination to remove a heap of swirl marks?

Always use the lightest combo and move up, black pad and 85rd. Subaru is very soft so you won't need power gloss

Another RX8, this time a very nicely modded Aurora Blue GT

For unknown reason this wasn't sticky and soft like the previous RX8 and had been well looked after

Wash:

Iron decontamination:

Clay (Few tar spots and clear overspray from panel respray)

Before condition out in the sun, swirl marks and water spots:

Taking thickness readings (consistent 120-150 over all panels besides the ones that had been resprayed)

Wet sanding marks 50/50:

Much deeper blue was evident although hard to capture on camera:

What kind of interior cleaner prevents dust from accumulating on the dash?

- Stay clear from products like Armourall and Meguiar's dash protectant as they don't dry and collect dust. If you want a protectant or a conditioner get one that dries (Waterbased) PM me if you want some options.
- Keep a cloth in your glove box and simply wipe over once a week
- Don't have any tissue boxes in the car, if you must then keep in a compartment
- Vacuum car frequently
- Don't leave windows/sunroof open for outside dust to settle
- Use a mild cleaner safe for vinyl and leather when you get stains or marks
