I bought one of those parts brand new about 3 months ago for something like $10 from the local dealer (unpainted though). Part no. is 57731C as per this diagram

Yep. The Celica is a "project". Getting a repaint, exhaust & sound system and have a set of 16" WRX wheels to go on it. The Ducati is an older one - great fun!

I'm in Perth and still in the office. Good idea about posting mods.

Have a few ideas for the Lib as well including exhaust. Will post some details soon.
