I would like your opinions!
I am currently running on stock 17" 5 spoke wheels, they are silver in colour. My car is also silver and I looks pretty bland... the tyres on the car are still pretty much new (fitted by previous owner about 2 weeks before I bought the car), and they are Pirelli P7s which are good tyres and quite expensive. So right now, new (bigger) wheels and tyres are out of the question.
My dilemma is, I love the look of Adam's Liberty on this forum (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2112), and want to do the same to my wheels. I have PM'd Adam to see how he got his wheels done, and waiting for a reply.
What my question to you guys is... would it be easy enough to do something like this yourself? I have bought a can of gloss black enamel spray paint, and have started to sand back some of the gutter rash on the rims so that it will be a smoother surface. I know there's a guy in Malaga (WA) that does rim repair and painting but would not know how much it will cost...
The floor is open!
Thanks, I appreciate all responses!
Dan
