Looking for a tyre suggestion for Tenzo Cuzcos? in 19x8.5 +45

Want a good reliable tyre but dont know what to get!?? Not noisy tyre!

You will find > $400 not uncommon for tyres that size, although there are a lot of cheaper ones too.

Ozzy tyres has 235/35/19 pirelli pzero for $350, but they had them for around $280 a couple of weeks back. (also, don't believe the 24h sale thing they have going, they constantly have them)
I've heard bad things about Pirelli road noise though. It's only hearsay though, I haven't owned them before.

Michellin Pilot Sport 3 would be recommended by many.

I just got some second hand Dunlop Sport Maxx SP and they are much better then my old falken 452s in every aspect.

Absolutely, I had pilot sport 3's on my last car and loved them. I don't imagine they come cheap in 19 inch though.
I had pilot sport 2 before that and they were great too.

A lot of the time, unless you have unlimited budget it is good to find out what tyres you can get for what price and then decide between the ones you can afford (without going too cheap and nasty)

I have these:
Hankook Ventus RS2

Not noisy and stick well.
I wouldn't expect exceptional life from them though.


By now they have most likely been replaced by these, the RS3:



Both are directional so, if needed, they can be spun on the rims to get more even wear.
