WTB / Need Price: Rotors/Tyres

Just had a roadworthy inspection done and i need the following bits.

2 x front tyres - 215/45/18 (for sti rims)
Front Rotors and Pads for both sides.

Please let me know prices if at all possible.

Really? Have you tried Bob Jane or something like that? I got Kuhmo Zetums 225/40/18 for $165 each..

I don't know how much you want to spend but most blokes here use more than your run of the mill pads.. Just get Bendix if your conscious about price & eBay special rotors.......

Not that they need too.

Theres a few options for rotors and pads on Ebay and Id suggest going to a tyre shop for tyre prices.

I got my kuhmo ku31's for $160 each very grippy! I know this might sound silly, but why only swap two tyres on an AWD ? oviously if you only need two then I can see why, but should they roughly wear at the same rate?? or does fronts wear quicker then rears? cause when I got my tyres the guy said to make sure the fronts are swapped with the rears as they can become noisy..

So far im going to pedders where they are going to fit DBA street series slotted rotors with Bendix pads for $500 fitted. Im not tracking the car so i cant justify the extra on 4000 series rotors.

On the tyre side of things. I was under the impression that you cant mix tyre sizes on a awd car hence i cant use 225/40/18's with 215/45/18s'?

Correct.

You will have to go 215/45/18's if only changing two.

Does your STi have the Brembo's or GT brakes?
