Ultrex say screws, but its a very small area of attachment using a screw into the bar alone and it will pull the bar down a bit. Panel clips are the go and what the oem STi lip is fitted with.

might try this, I used the screws provided by ultrex .. Hrmmm

when i put my lip on, i used the screws provided. wasnt very well held on, and since the front lip has come off (i didnt willingly take it off) under the front bar, where the screws were, the holes and plastic is a little fucked. hoping the panel beaters will be able to fix it.

oh and james, not sure if your interested but http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SUBARU-LEGACY-3-5-GT-SEDAN-RED-1-43-J-COLLECTION-NEW-/140295296863?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_146&hash=item20aa40575f#ht_1682wt_1037

Really want a unique boost gauge set up! But not sure where I go from here. Any ideas on what I should spend my money on next?

I ordered a nice one from Phat quite some time ago now. If it turns up before the next cruise you should check it out. Minimal modifications and looks great IMO no drilling the dash either.

This is intriguing , I look forward to seeing this, mind spilling the beans on what it was all ready :)

Haha! Sorry for the late replys I've been busy moving house! It's a single gauge pod that sits on the left of the standard instrument cluster. Basically you can round the corner off your cubby facia enough to get the wires down or if your really specky you can just get them between the facia and the dash. then the actual pod itself covers it up so all you see is a nice clean pod with gauge. and it's got nice lines too, doesn't look like a cup taped to the dash like many of them do.
Oh and it's made by zerosports
