i bought one of these and the top section was a few mm too big. tried to cut it down a little but it just snapped straight off. just using the two side sections at the moment and have a bit of a gap at the top. i will probably buy the proper double din fascia eventually but it is ok in the interim until i have the money to do that

Well I installed this today, installation was somewhat smooth. Basically the part you buy from eBay is just a piece of black acrylic cut to size. You have to figure out yourself how to mount the hazard switch and how to attach the actual face to the car. Bit of a PITA but it works.. Looks pretty cheap but I can't justify $300+ for genuine right now.
