One foglight sometimes not turning on...

Got a question... please let me know if it seems incoherent.

One of my foglights has difficulty turning on sometimes. I have to turn my headlights off and then back on again before it will work.

Is there a common reason for this? I have changed the fogs to HIDs.

The parker on that side is also out... does that have any correlation?

Hmmmm, did this happen before the installation of the HID's for the foggies?

Possibly the wiring or the installation might not have been done properly?

Also, try another balast for the HID's and see if the blinking starts again.

it happend only recently, after I noticed the parker gone... might try another ballast soon too, but was hoping it'd be something simple like me changing the parker (when I can be bothered getting some more of my LED parkers )

My left side fog light bulb burns up almost every month since I last October. Car in for service today. I hope they have found the problem.
